Mystery Solved

I have answered my own question.

Short Answer: The "Trigger" needed to be set to "Agent list selection".

Long Answer: It seems the Eclipse interface is very confusion. When clicking on the "Properties" tab when the agent was open, you will not always see the Agent options (i.e. Triggers, etc.). YOU HAVE TO CLICK ON THE AGENT AREA FOR THE PROPERTIES TO CORRECTLY SHOW (otherwise you just see a table with "Property" and "Value" headings). Once I figured this out, I changed the trigger appropriately.
